CiCLOS Privacy Policy
Oct 30, 2026
Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how Equinox Brands LLC, doing business as CiCLOS Tequila ("CiCLOS," "we," "us"), collects, uses, and shares information when you visit ciclostequila.com (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to this policy.
Age requirement. The Site is intended only for people of legal drinking age (21 or older in the United States). We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If we learn we have, we will delete it. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us at the address below.
Information we collect
Information you give us: your name and email address when you sign up for our newsletter, fill out a contact form, or email us.
Age confirmation: a record in your browser that you confirmed you are 21 or older, so you aren't asked again on every visit.
Information collected automatically: your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring site, and similar usage data, collected through cookies and analytics tools.
Purchases
We do not sell alcohol directly. When you click a "Buy" button on the Site, your order is processed by Bottle Nexus and fulfilled by a licensed retailer. Those companies collect your name, shipping address, date of birth, payment details, and order information, and may verify your age at checkout and delivery. Their handling of that information is governed by their own privacy policies, which are shown at checkout. We may receive order summaries (such as products purchased and shipping state) to understand sales, but we do not receive your full payment card information.
How we use information
To operate, maintain, and improve the Site
To confirm visitors are of legal drinking age
To send newsletters and marketing emails you have signed up for
To respond to your questions and requests
To understand how visitors use the Site and measure our marketing
To comply with alcohol beverage laws and other legal obligations
Cookies and analytics
We and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies to remember your age confirmation, keep the Site working, and analyze traffic (for example, Squarespace Analytics and, if enabled, Google Analytics or Meta Pixel). You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you do, you may be asked to confirm your age again, and some features may not work.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
With service providers that help us run the Site and our business, such as Squarespace (website hosting), our email marketing platform, Bottle Nexus and its retail partners (orders), and analytics providers
When required by law, regulators, or legal process, or to protect our rights and the safety of others
In connection with a merger, sale, or transfer of our business
Security and retention
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no website or transmission is completely secure. We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy or as required by law.
Your choices and rights
Marketing emails: click "unsubscribe" in any email or contact us.
Access, correction, and deletion: you may ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Depending on your state (for example, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, and others with consumer privacy laws), you may also have the right to opt out of targeted advertising and to appeal our decision on your request.
To make a request, email us at the address below. We will verify your identity before acting and will not discriminate against you for using these rights.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last updated. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
